When you go to the Google Adwards KeywordToolExternal page there you can see descriptive words and phrases checked. Be it as it is. And you also can get results related to the country or region you want to do research. Select the country or region you want to choose.

The results you see here are having four columns. 1st Column -Keywords, 2nd Column- Advertiser Competition, 3rd Column-Approx. Search Volume December (Previous Month) 4th Column-Approx Avg. Search Volume.
There are two sections First is- Keywords related to term(s) entered – sorted by relevance.
Here you will get the keyword which contains all the words in your keyword. This means this section gives you the keywords which are very close to your query or the phrase.
Second Section -Additional keywords to consider – sorted by relevance :- Here you will get the keywords which are suggested by Google and are related to the phrase you have entered.

The important thing you have to see in these results is Advertiser compitition.This is always helpfull for you to get good results or output from your articles or blog. The keywords which are having high compitition, medium compitition are recommended to choose for your article. Dont choose low compitition keywords intentionally.
